Phil Kingsley

Originally from the windy city of Chicago, Phil Kingsley has called Mt. Juliet and the Middle Tennessee area home for the last 14 years. Getting his degree in Education from Illinois State University, Phil spent years serving as Middle School Math & Science Teacher, as well as coaching women’s competitive gymnastics. Looking to earn income on the side, Phil began pursuing an education and career in real estate, and since 2007 Phil has turned his side gig into a full-time Real Estate Expert career.

As a founding member of The Huffaker Group, Phil has been with the team since its inception in 2013. In that time Phil has gone from being one of the lead agents on the team to now serving as the Director of Sales for the company. Outside of serving his own clients, Phil now helps coach fellow agents on the team on ways they can grow their business and improve their skill sets. Getting to combine his passions for helping others achieve their real estate dreams, while also being able to educate and coach fellow team members, Phil is a true Real Estate Expert to clients and associates alike!
